My payment failed, what should I do?
Payments can fail for multiple reasons.
When this happens we will retry the payment up to 8 times during a period of 1 week.
Make sure to contact your bank, or update your payment as soon as possible to avoid interruption of service.
If your payment still fails on our last try, your subscription will be canceled and you'll be switched to our free plan and your backups will be interrupted.
