FAQ - How to redeems a coupon
If you've received a discount coupon for SimpleBackups, you'll have to redeem it in order to benefit the deal associated to it (*).
In this case you can easily do it by following these steps:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the settings page (by clicking on your avatar on the top right of the header) and navigate to the Payment method section
- Under the Redeem Coupon area, input your coupon code and click on the "Redeem" button
Once done you'll see a confirmation message displayed on the screen.
Note that in order to redeem a coupon you first must have selected a valid subscription plan and entered your payment method information.
